Mohana Vamsi Aluri has done Master’s in Electronics & Instrumentation, MBA (Finance), MA (Educational Psychology) and is a dynamic edupreneur, sports enthusiast, and community leader with over 30 years of experience – 15 years in software development (including a stint at NVIDIA) and 15+ years in education and sports management. He founded Samskar – The Life School, a values-based K–10 institution with two campuses in Hyderabad, and RacingAhead Sports, a venture promoting sports talent and team-building.
A former state-level cricketer and university team captain, he actively supports youth development through sports leagues and Olympiads. His leadership roles include Executive Secretary at TRSMA, Assistant Governor (2024–25) for Rotary International District 3150, and Best President Awardee (2022–23) from Rotary Club of Hyderabad – The Legends.
Mrs. Madhumathi Aluri is a passionate educationist and school transformation consultant with 20+ years of experience, including 15+ years in academic leadership. An MBA–HR graduate from the University of Delhi, she also holds diplomas in Early Education and Experiential Learning. She founded Samskar – The Life School in 2006 to blend academic excellence with ethical and cultural grounding.
She also leads SMILES Foundation for children with autism, and SAMKALP Education Consultants for school development. A certified teacher trainer, she has mentored numerous educators across South India.
An active Rotarian and current President (2025–26) of Rotary Club of Hyderabad – The Legends, she is also a member of FICCI FLO. Her work has earned her the Indian Achievers Award (2017) and Torch Bearer Award (2019) for contributions to education and social service.
